Cryptopia is quite unique exchange launched in 2014. Some people consider it all in one exchange, market place, news like an e-bay of online exchange with number of things to offer apart from exchanging currency online.
It was launched by Adam Clark and Rob Dawson and is mostly based in New Zealand giving advantage to local traders and option for fiat trading.
Sign up process is fairly easy and the website UI is simple and easy to use with mostly positive reviews.
The exchange sections contains all of the trading pairs 24 hour summaries and coins listed to sell, buy or exchange.
There are more then 400+ crypto currencies to trade including the majors like Bitcoin,Ethereum etc this is a relatively large variety.
The website has launched its own NZDT tether for stability which is equal to new Zealand dollars or local fiat currency. This option is a huge advantage as fiat currencies are more stable then crypto currencies and trades are made in NZDT pairing with other alternative currencies. There is also USDT for trading pairs.
Depositing and withdrawing using fiat currency are done through bank transfer minimum amount is $25 but it is better to exchange currency for currency because it is more faster and does not take several days to process transfers.
The trade fee is 0.20% per each trade which is standard and fix while the withdraw fees are not fixed and are not stated by the website which may increase or decrease accordingly the coin you choose in this case bitcoin will have relatively high fees.
For saving your money there can be a trick you can choose alternative coins for withdrawal purposes as they are fast and cheap as compared to others you can use lite coin in this case.
As we have state earlier this website not only is exchange but is also known for many other purposes like buying some pretty unique and useless stuff using crypto currencies.
From Jackets to Bluetooth and even WiFi devices etc.I pretty much like this website as you can buy and even sell or auction anything you want to list on this website to get users.
At the time of writing the market place was currently shut down due to maintenance.
There is loads of information about everything on this website also including information and stats about the cryptocurrencies you want to trade or should trade on.
The website also provides both public and private API’s for trading pairs or currency rates etc.
The online reviews were 50/50. Some liked its functionality , while some praise the coin collections of this website.
Never the less some people didn’t like it because of some bad customer support and processing time of deposit or withdrawals using bank transfers.
The design of this website is awesome different tabs for each functionality and market place idea is quite good for new users.
That is our review for this exchange/marketplace or all in one exchange simply. According to us this website is good for big sharks who are looking for different currencies to trade on as it has got 400+ currencies to buy and sell ideal for everyday traders.
If you don’t care about fiat processes or customer support this might be ideal for you as it has number of options to provide except for trading.
